ISO 22000 Lead Auditor

Why Should You Attend?
The ever-increasing prominence of food safety as a critical aspect of the food industry has driven growing demand for organizations to achieve certification against ISO 22000. Such certification demonstrates an organization’s commitment to consumer wellbeing and provides market sustainability. A PECB auditor credential represents formal and independent recognition of personal competencies, validating that an individual is qualified to conduct food safety management system (FSMS) audits for certification bodies.

This training course has been developed to reflect the importance of effective auditing. It strengthens participants’ knowledge and skills to plan and conduct FSMS audits in compliance with the auditing guidelines provided in ISO 19011 and the certification process outlined in ISO/IEC 17021-1.

Through practical exercises, interactive sessions, and discussions, participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of FSMS principles and audit techniques. They will develop the ability to perform FSMS audits by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures, and methodologies, as well as the capability to manage an audit team effectively.

Following the training course, participants may sit for the examination. Successful candidates can apply for the “PECB Certified ISO 22000 Lead Auditor” credential.
