ISO 22000 Foundation

The PECB Certified ISO 22000 Foundation training course presents fundamental information on the concepts of food safety management and provides an overview of ISO 22000 requirements. By participating in this program, attendees will develop an understanding of the various aspects of a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) based on ISO 22000, including top management commitment, food safety policy, work environment, operational controls, prerequisite programs (PRPs), traceability, hazard controls, performance evaluations, and continual improvement.

Upon successful completion of the training course, participants may sit for the examination. Candidates who pass the exam can apply for the “PECB Certificate Holder in ISO 22000 Foundation” credential. This internationally recognized certification validates professional capabilities and demonstrates the ability to participate in FSMS implementation projects based on ISO 22000.
