After these periods we delete the information or make it anonymous.
How we protect information
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, a web application firewall and regular software updates. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and never stored on our servers. No system is completely secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
Everyone can:

- unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email;
- ask us what personal information we hold about them, and ask for it to be corrected.
